Jocelyn has built up a successful history of implementing a variety of software applications, including SAP, for diverse industries worldwide. She has managed projects, configured and implemented systems in Asia, North America and Europe.

Her SAP career started in 1999 as a Finance-Controlling (FI/CO) Application Consultant. She shifted to Human Resources (HR) in cognizance of the growing importance of managing human capital. Certified in both Finance (FI) and Human Resource (HR) modules, she has performed multiple roles in her SAP projects - as Project Manager, Business Team Lead, Application Consultant, Trainer, Validation and Change Management Agent.

Jocelyn’s competitive advantage is that she possesses the business savvy and IT knowledge and experience to introduce business process innovation through formulating and executing business processes. She has conducted multiple blueprinting sessions, roadmapping activities and evaluation of current business practices.
